I'd recently been looking for one location to find all references to API documentation. After doing a quick search, I came across Dash. The UI layout, snippet manager, and integration into IDE's make a nice feature set...although it's only available on the Mac.
As a close alternative, there's 'Zeal'...It lacks the Snippet manager, and IDE support...although seems to make a good app for localizing offline documentation.
You can find both apps at the following links:
- Zeal - API Documentation Browser) (for Windows & Linux)
- Dash - API Documentation Browser and Code Snippet Manager (for Mac)
Generate docsets for TDI

For instructions on putting your own docsets together follow this link.
Zeal doesn't support doc feeds like Dash does. So you have to download the docset archive and extract it to $HOME/.local/share/zeal/docsets/ or C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\zeal\docsets\.
